Lb heating and ac

No Phone number to contact this business. I just moved here to Sweet Home and need an AC.

We recently had LB heating install a heating & cooling unit in our.home. We certainly have enjoyed the results during this last cold spell! Nice & warm! If your considering this type of heat/cooling system we have found their equipment has worked great for us!
Also we found this company very easy to work with. They answered all our questions about using this system & directed us to an system that has done an excellent job meeting our needs! They are quick to reach by phone, very polite, & keep their word. Excellent company!! Excellent results!

I had the misfortune to be hooked up with LB Heating by a home warranty company. My AC didn't work and the highs were in the 80's. My house was hotter than the air outside so it was an urgent situation. LB showed up days after being called and told me the problem was the thermostat. They said they "didn't have a thermostat" to fix it and that it had to be approved by the home warranty company. I let them know this was an urgent situation and needed to be fixed immediately. I expected them to call me Wednesday, the next day. They did not so I left them a polite message on Thursday morning. No call back. I called the home warranty company Friday afternoon. They reached the contractor, who said he had forgotten about me. I left them another message, still no call back. It's now a week since their service call, still no call back. Meanwhile they have $75 of my money they took before they vanished. While here, they also told me the thermostat I wanted cost double the cost of its actual cost on Amazon. They are one of the worst contractors I've ever dealt with.

I was having issues with the air output on my AC unit. Area heating and Cooling wanted to charge a very large amount of money to fix something. I wanted a second opinion. LB Heating and AC came out to take a look. They noticed that the AC unit was dirty, even though the other company said they cleaned it. Nick with LB heating and AC got my system to run and gave me the run down on why it was cooling the way it was in terms I could understand. Now the system is working good.
I would highly recommend LB Heating and AC.

Recently had them out after another company had told me I needed a new compressor, going to cost in the $2000 range. Apparently they mis diagnosed it, as Lb heating was able to fix it for $200. Thank you Nick, never will I trust another company with my heating system again.

It is not easy these days to find an honest, competent, dependable professional like Nick. I can wholeheartedly recommend him. I have been a very grateful customer, several times already!
