We had a.c. put in our house last September. As our furnace was over 25 years old, we had a new furnace installed too. They did a terrific job. The price was reasonable and it was finished in a timely manner. David, the owner, was great to work with

I just love these guys they’re wonderful, their customer service is great, the new gas furnace I have, We have had it for a year now and my gas bill went down $80-$100 a month.I thought maybe I had a gas leak and I called them up and they came over right away I didn’t end up having a gas leak but a possible dead animal. Getting a gas furnace was the best thing we ever did it’s been wonderful and these guys are there for you 24/7 anytime if you ever need anything. Also their price for their installation and Americans Standard Gas furnaces was $2000 to $3000 cheaper than the other three quotes I got from another heating place in Prineville and two other ones from Redmond and Bend.

Once again after 2 years to the day my OLD heat pump went out in 103 degree weather. They were paving on my street so no vehicles allowed. Dave walked from the nearest cross street to make the repairs and get it running, again. I don't know of any business that would make time and go above and beyond to get my air conditioner working in the hottest day of the year. Excellent customer service. Thank you

For three weeks we were battling a non-functioning furnace. Finally have it repaired and in excellent working condition with the skill and persistence of Dave from Prineville Heating and Cooling. Thank you, Dave. We are grateful to be warm and safe.
