Gary went out of his way to help me get my Air conditioner working again today. It went out when it was 107 outside but it's back working again same day!

Calling them today to get information is like pulling teeth. The man I was speaking with had little to no interest in what I had to say and had an attitude. Poor customer service. Congratulations on losing a customer.
