The price was 4k for a new heat pump and and air handler. However, the service was not so good. First of all, Jordan is unable to keep his scheduled appointments. We ordered, and paid for, a piece of (optional) equipment for our new furnace. We had to remind Jordan to install it. The clean up and removal of our old system was not handled well. We had to clean up, each day that he left (it was many). We had to put our own furnace cover and trim back up. The old equipment sat in front of our home, for over a week, before he finally removed it. We found out later, that our copper tubing was not supported, insulated or secured. He put our thermostat in the place that was easiest for him, but not optimal for us. In addition, it took over a week, to install the system. Finally, it's been 14 months and our system shut down. When we called, Jordan for help, he has put us off two days. We have another company handling our repairs now. A very big disappointment from start to finish, with JORDAN AT CLIMATE KINGS.

I highly recommend Jordan and Climate Kinds Heating and AC. It's great to work with good people. Even our dogs liked them and that matters a lot to us.
I hired Jordan in January to replace an old unit that I had in my business. I was excited to work with a small company since my business is family owned and operated. I do believe it’s important to support small businesses especially during this Covid day and age. We paid Jordan nearly $5000 as a deposit to begin our project, and he came out and ripped out our old unit and ductwork. However, he then told us that he would be unable to replace the ductwork himself and it would need to be subcontracted out. (If we knew this in the beginning, we would not have hired him to do the project.) Two weeks after the project started, He got one quote for the small amount of ductwork to connect the new unit to our building and it was nearly double the entire project cost. Jordan said he would get us some more quotes and to give him a couple days so we waited, and waited. The next week we felt as if we were not being made a priority and our business was still without heat, so we requested to terminate our contract with him and to receive a refund for the project so we may have the opportunity to work with someone else. He said that that was fine and that he would get back to us that evening about resolving what kind of a refund was due. We did not hear back from him. There was many conversations going back-and-forth where he said he would get back to us and he would give us itemized receipts but it was excuse after excuse and we have been left hanging without heat in our business for two months! Unfortunately we have had to go through filing a complaint with the CCB and will be proceeding to small claims court to get any money back. This has put our business and our family in a very stressful financial situation. Three people have lost income since there has been days too cold to work, and some clients have cut session short because it is too uncomfortable in the building. Jordan does not care about doing what is right in this situation obviously since he has left us hanging for nearly 2 months. Also, the insurance he has listed with the CCB is not a valid policy. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else. I do not recommend Climate Kings.
Jordan was responsive, honest, informed, skilled, fast, and did quality work. He also gave me a couple tips on my furnace and home climate system for emergency situations. 10/10, would hire again and unequivocally recommend to family without hesitation.

I called and emailed multiple companies and no one answered the phone, called or emailed back. I put some info into Angies list to see what companies came up on that site. I did not recognize any of the four companies that came up. Wrote them down and was going to look them up. 5 minutes later I get a call from a Jordan Green. He says he is from Climate King and got my information from Angies list. He says he is running a tune up special right now for $99. I ask if I can call him back. As I said none of the well-known companies responded to me so I gave Climate Kings a call back. Jordan came out a few days later in his own personal vehicle and wearing mask. He was very friendly. Answered all of our questions. Showed us a contactor on the heat pump that was getting worn and would need to be replaced soon. He went into the garage to check out the furnace. He said that we should get the main blower fan wheel cleaned and degreased. We talked about how much time and money that those suggestions would cost. We agreed to have them done on the following Saturday. Made a verbal appointment agreement. Later that day Jordan emailed me the receipt for the tune up special. I asked about our appointment to make sure it was scheduled. He sent me an appointment reminder for the day. Awesome we are all scheduled he seemed like a cool guy. Seemed a little expensive for it all but I know that the well-known names are expensive too. On Friday I received a email reminder about our appointment the next day. Saturday came along. Our appointment was scheduled for 11am to 1pm. At 3pm no show, no call, no email. At 4pm I called and left a message asking what happened to our appointment. It was a beautiful day that day and we as a family waited around for our appointment when we could have been enjoying the day somewhere. I have since emailed and called again with no response back. We had even discussed with him about doing a bigger HVAC job under our house. He agreed that the day he came back that he would give us a quote for the HVAC job. We really wanted to help out a small business and Jordan seemed really upfront . Very disappointed in the no show, no call, no email, no response. I hope that there was not an emergency and Jordan and his family are safe and healthy.

So it was my first weekend in my new home I just bought and we hadn't had heat for a whole week and it was freezing. I had NW Natural come out to see if they could figure why my furnace wasn't working and got no where. I was crying and really upset because all the companies that work with NW Natural weren't going to get to me for a whole nother week so as I was crying my friend found this website with Jordan called him he answered and after him finding out I was upset he talked to me calming me down and was able to come that Monday to take a look at my furnace. Monday came and we then found out our furnace was really out dated and not up to code, Jordan took care of everything including his brother who was in town from California. I would recommended Jordan and his company to anyone they were amazing and friendly. I could go on all day how amazing they are. Thanks Jordan
