Super professional people from beginning to end of project! I highly recommend these guys..they know what they're doing and their rates are very reasonable. To summarize the project, I asked them to replace an electric water heater with a tankless gas heater to heat my radiant floor system but leave the electric water heater for domestic water use only. After completing the job in one day I tested the system overnite and found some problems which I reported the next day. They returned promptly and resolved the problems to my complete satisfaction.

I've used The Earth Heating for both regular maintenance and for an emergency when the water heater was leaking. They really know what they are doing and are super friendly and efficient. I have a complicated hydronic floor heating system in my house with a high efficiency boiler. I've tried several heating companies and The Earth Heating is by-far the best.

We moved into a home that unbeknownst to us had radiant floor heating in our daylight basement. With no operating instructions left behind by the previous owner, we had no idea how to operate the system. After a fairly exhaustive search for local HVAC firms that specialize in radiant heating of which there are few, we called Earth Heating and scheduled an appointment. Within days, their tech arrived, sprang into action, did a troubleshoot of our system and got it into working order in no time. The system was explained to us and we now enjoy a warm and cozy downstairs which before was impossible to adequately heat, always chilly and just not welcoming. Following a lengthy process of locating a company willing and able to service our complex boiler heating system, I was pleased to have met The Earth Heating. From the first phone call to today's service call, I could not have been more impressed. They were very transparent, professional, courteous, timely and fair. I recommend this company highly.

Called for a new AC the quote, received an estimate the same day after our walkthrough. The next day they called back with some scheduling options. They arrived on time, installed the unit in just a few hours and cleaned up the area as if they were never here. Overall very pleased with the professionalism of the entire crew, the workmanship is very professional, and their pricing is a great value.

The heater in our house crashed months ago, and with a baby due in October, my husband and I quickly searched for companies that could fix this problem. We wanted a warm and cozy house for our newborn but no company could figure out the problem and get it to work again. Right when we were about to give up and move to a new home with a working heater, we heard about Earth Heating through a friend of ours. They scheduled us in quickly, came on time and went straight to work. They were able to fix the heater and were extremely nice about everything. The worker was able to answer all of my questions. Emir and his crew are exceptional. They gave me a quote on time, they were there on time, and they performed service really fast and affordable. Also, Emir shared a few tips with me on how to keep my system running. I will definitely call these guys again.

This was the BEST service in the midst of a horrible time that I’ve ever experienced. My emergency heat call was taken immediately, I got a call back in a short period of time (15-30 min) to review costs and give me an eta. (I was initially told the wrong cost by the message taker, but that’s literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect). I was given an ETA of max 2 hours. Emir was here in just under 30 minutes. And he called to update me along the way. He didn’t have the part needed to completely fix it but he figured out a temporary work around so I wouldn’t be out of heat on the coldest night yet this winter. He called back as promised (actually within 15 minutes of the beginning of the window he gave), gave me a price and an eta, and we moved ahead. Then he called me back after he confirmed he had reserved the part to give me an updated eta (because he didn’t want my husband and I to rush around to cover being at the house since he would be delayed). Called to let me know when he was on his way as promised, arrived as promised, fixed it in less than an hour, and charged as promised. I’d give these folks 15 stars if I could!!!

Emir and team updated the radiant system in our historic home. It was a BIG job and they made it look easy. I would not hesitate to use them again. Honest, reliable and fair- highly recommended!
