Furnace quit working Jan 28th early morning. I found Petra online and filled my information in at Petra site early morning of Jan 29th. I called later that morning and Becky was able to schedule service that same morning between 9am acupuncture and 11am car service. Rick discovered the problem in about a minute, ignitor. He had part in van. $109 for service, $162 for part. House had got down to low 50's so I was thrilled to have heat again. Absolutely will use Petra next time I have a furnace issue. Petra installed 3 heat pumps at three different homes- the last two were amazing high efficiency heat pumps with American Standard. I wouldn’t use any other HVAC company!! This is a company with reasonable prices and a high level of integrity.
