This is a great company and they do a fantastic job. They are very educated on operation of systems. Exactly on time-to the minute and responsive and communicative of all issues. I will use no one else. Great job guys!

The best HVAC in the county in my experience. I've always got same day service. The professionalism of their workers is unrivaled. The technician fixed my blower in under 30 minutes of arrival then cleaned my condenser unit after inspecting.

My a/c stopped cooling. One of their techs came out and quickly identified the problem. A new part was ordered and other techs came out as soon as it came in. They were thorough, professional and took time to keep me updated on the progress. They were also respectful of my home, which I greatly appreciated. All in all a positive experience!

We called Cross Heating & Air fairly late in the evening when our office A/C suddenly stopped working. Not only did they come out promptly the following day, they were able to diagnose the problems and repair the unit during the same visit. As an oil and gas company, we're unfortunately used to being taken advantage of by most of the areas service providers, but we were shocked to see how inexpensive our bill with Cross was. Excellent work at a fair price in a reasonable time, we couldn't ask for more.

These guys did amazing work. They got us in ASAP and worked hard and fast. I had concerns about my house’s setup, which they addressed without question. They ran new lines as a preventative against future problems, and made sure everything was 100% before they wrapped up. I would recommend Cross to anyone.

They have went above and beyond everytime contacted! I just got my gas turned on and was told I needed to have a HVAC tech look at my furnace. They came right after contacted and were able to tell us what was needed not only that but they worked with us and got it installed within a couple days. Service was great and I'm so glad that they were able to get our furnace back and running right before a storm came in!! Definitely will be going back!!

Just replaced our old package unit with a new one for a reasonable price. Professional and prompt service that worked around my schedule. Hauled off our old unit. They also provided a free quote the same day i requested it. I highly recommend Cross Heating and Air.

Very grateful these guys came out! I called late yesterday evening after failing to find anyone to service our area and they got us in quickly and were very professional! Not to mention it’s Saturday and they drove about an hour just to help us out. Even let us know we definitely have central heat which we went without this winter. Definitely will be going back!
