Company was able to schedule an appointment the day called. Technician showed up earlier than expected. Technician showed me everything that was causing the system to malfunction. He went over what he had to do, and then promptly started repair. Finished same day and did complete system check. I don't know if the price for the repair was higher than others, but I feel like it was very good service. The technician seemed knowledgable, and professional. Will use again.

Our HVAC system has been struggling for a couple years. It would eat up electricity, run constantly, freeze up, etc. We have had several technicians from various companies come out and refill the refrigerant, replace capacitors, and even flip the compressor fan over because it was installed upside down(???). The only relief was after refrigerant was refilled and it was always short lived.

Liberty Air Solutions was able to quickly diagnose the problems as being a leaking evaporator coil and a dying compressor. They provided a reasonable quote, quick turnaround, and quality work.

They arrived when they said they would for all visits, were polite and professional, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond. After they replaced the compressor and evaporator coil, they performed additional maintenance on the blower at no additional cost.

I would highly recommend Liberty Air Services and will definitely be using them again at my rental property.

I called Kevin in the morning to see when he could come out to repair my heat pump. He added me to his schedule at the end of that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and fortunately had the parts in his van to make the repairs. They worked until 8 pm to complete the work. His pricing was very fair, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely use Liberty again.
