Cartwright Heat & Air

We had our Geothermal units serviced for routine maintenance. This was our first time having them looked at since moving into our house and our first time using Cartwright. It is a busy time of year so they are busy, but they got us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time (about a week) since it wasn’t urgent.

We were the last stop of the day for Ardell but he still took his time to go through everything. Glad we invested in the service because it should start working more efficiently. He did find a couple things that need to be fixed / replaced but I’m not shocked. Hopefully those fixes will be reasonably priced and fixed promptly. If so, I would consider using them again.

Adam was very professional and kind. He took his time and was so thorough explaining what he was doing to this senior citizen. He is an exceptional young man! He is such an asset to this company.
Karen is the office manager that takes care of all the appointments and she is a sweetheart. She's always kind and calls from her are like talking to a friend. She represents this company so well. Thank you for the old time service in this world of fast and uncaring attitudes! I would definitely recommend this company!

Weekend service rates were not much more than weekday rates which was a big plus. After a Saturday AM call repairs were completed within 2 hours. Service repairman was very experienced and knowledgeable of the problem after a few minutes of troubleshooting the issue.
I really appreciate the 24/7 hours affordability of the service provided.

He is the best. He even checked a complaint l had and found a gas leak and rectified it. Could have saved the life of my dog and me. I ha e signed up with this company and will not change

I asked Cartwright to come look at ductwork repair that I needed. It took about 2 weeks for someone to be available. They came out, took notes about what was needed and said I should get a quote in a few days. 5 weeks later and I've never received a quote. I called two times to ask about it and they did not seem too concerned, they're just busy and getting to it etc. Luckily I found someone else to provide a quote and do the work for me. I wonder if Cartwright would prefer a large brand new install job and earn more money than repair work. In which case they should tell me on the phone and not waste my time when I asked for a quote.

I have used Cartwright for several years now on numerous jobs! They have great service and do great work. I would highly recommend them for any of your heat & air jobs.

Cartwright Heat & Air is a great company to work on all your heat and air needs. They have always taken great care of not only my house but our church as well. Their employees have addressed many issues with our units, from overhauls, fixes to proper maintenance of all our different units. Knowledgeable and professional.

Really can't say enough good things about them. We had a massive leak and ended up having to replace both the AC unit and furnace. Quoted them against Airco, and Air Assurance and Cartwright was significantly better. They were easy to work with, provided updates on timing, and got us up in running in the middle of July.
