We called louder Brothers Heating and Air because we had a condensation leak from our air conditioner and the gentleman came right over. Was very very nice took care of the problem or assess the problem did a tune-up on our air conditioner. This is a company's number that I will definitely keep for future issues if I should have them.
Wonderful customer service! My AC went out late in the evening, called them the next morning and they were here promptly in less than 2 hours. Very affordable service. Very friendly and informative! Will use them again!
Tech and Owner were very helpful and understanding, even after I was rude and let this Arkansas weather melt my brain. They explained how the system works and gave critical feedback that will allow me to keep my system from suffering damage in the future. The owner was awesome and even messaged me to ensure things went smoothly after the Tech left. Many other companies gave my Wife and I the run around, and Lowder took the time to push us up in their busy schedule to take a look at our issue.

Great guys, called at 2:30 pm expecting to set up an appointment and they came the same day. Charged our AC unit and quoted me on a new unit. Will definitely use them when getting a new unit installed.

I got a quote and it was very competitive. I will use them in the future. Unfortunately i called right before new years and it took them a few days to get the quote to me . I had a another hvac person here who was professional and his price was higher but i committed before lowder got their quote back.
I have not at this time as I just switch to Lowder Bros. from a differnt company. Being on SS it means alot to go with a company that doesn't want an arm or leg to get their Maintenance Agreement. I will have a check-up in October. I can tell you this much, Megan has been very helpful to me and I feel that she went above and beyond to answer my questions. I greatly appreciate her very much. I gave you 5 stars @ this time just because of Megan, as wanted you know that she is a keeper. Very knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to October to see the technician come and check out my electric furnace and ac. So glad that one of your men's grandmother told me that one her grandsons was now working for you, my great-nephew. Yes, I question him before I sign up. He's a great person. I told Megan who he was. He's not a technician but does other important work for you. Again I look forward to October.
