He came sooner than promised, got to work, listened to the information I provided about the symptoms, and then he quickly and got my unit back in operation! Sewer was overflowing onto the street due to unusual situation with our connection sharing an apartment building. Theodore arrived out and checked all openings, got to job to determine the blockage and was not satisfied until the pipe was as clear as it could be given all of the drain connections due to the apartment next door. Expensive but I believe our line is clear now.

I submitted a request for quotes yesterday afternoon and got an appointment for today. Luis arrived, diagnosed the complication (a broken igniter) and corrected it, all within an hour. He was professional and and wore a mask. I'm glad with the fix and very happy to have heat again!
