I just want to express my gratitude towards Austin at Dacus! Anytime I have had an issue with our AC (last summer and this summer), I would call or text him and he has always been quick to respond to help resolve the issue! He is always respectful, polite, and professional! I defiantly recommend him/them for your Heat and Air needs!

Dacus is quick to respond, even on the weekend. Derek did such a great job fixing our issue. No hassle and great service.

February 12th 2021, right in the middle of the Artic Winter Storm, We woke up to a frigid house. We called several places, but Dacus was the only company that could squeeze us in on short notice, and for that we are so thankful. Their techs showed up within an hour of the initial call. They diagnosed the issue, went to get the part needed, and had the heat back on by early afternoon. The two technicians that helped us were very friendly and professional, and we cant thank them enough.

When my AC went out it was a Saturday during the Covid19 Quarenteen. They were super busy. The only downside was they couldn't come out until Wednesday. When they got here they fixed the problem, recharged the system and it was all done in 35 minutes and only cost $80. The temp outside was 91° so we really needed this help. I was thankful when they got here.

These guys installed my HVAC system in my new house. Not my choice. Contractor hired them. 3 months after moving in found out they had hooked the condensation line up backwards causing water to flood my attic soaking insulation and drywall and ruining light fixtures. Brand new house. They them selves “Steve Dacus” the owner, decided to do all the work themselves. Needless to say after ripping all of the drywall out and replacing it over part of kitchen and dining room you can still see where they patched it. Very unprofessional. Strongly discourage others from using these guys.

Everytime I've needed these guys, they've been able to help me get up and running again in a very timely manner! Friendly and affordable service too! Highly recommend them!!

Other than the hastle of getting in contact with them the service they provide is quality and quick!
