Josh is one helluva nice guy. He means what he says and follows up on his work whenever necessary. With that bein' said, his work is so professional there's very little need for follow up. He runs one of those "Can't Lose" companies, unlike the bottom-feeding outfits whose "guarantees" end as you watch the taillights of their trucks leave your home. He really believes your his neighbors, not just some number in a spreadsheet.

I paid in advance thru Angie's List for removal of a clog that was preventing proper draining from the washing machine. When I called to schedule the appt the employee who answered said someone would call me back but no one did. When I finally got in touch with them, the Customer Service mgr refused to honor the Angie's List promo. I called A.L to complain and they said Excel didn't comply with their contract with A.L. I called Excel back and the mgr once again refused to perform the prepaid service and was condescending - telling me not to be "upset" and was sickeningly sweet ( continually saying "God bless you") while refusing to help.

We have have worked with Josh at Excel for nearly the past 4 years and we have been very pleased! He and his team replaced 3 HVAC units for us with 2 new Trane units and completely reducted our house. The new systems have worked very well and Josh and Laci are always a pleasure to work with.

They were very professional and polite. They completed in a timely manner and concerned about the problems. I would recommend the work, (at least the ones that came to my house) to anyone who needs their fireplace worked on.

Josh and Laci were awesome! Went above and beyond to deal with our weird little house and having to retrofit an AC system onto old infrastructure. New Ducts, New internal and external system and it's like a new house. Incredibly nice and very professional. Will use them again and again.

Josh has done an amazing job with with many projects around my house. They have replaced my hot water heater, fixed busted pipes in my sinks, and fixed my ac unit. I will always use Excel!!

The quality of work is superb and very fast!!! I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future if ever I need a plumbing service.

Josh was great! Very friendly, fast service, and he even wore shoe covers which I really appreciated because I have hardwood floors! Prices are good too!
