I don't think I'll ever go to another heating or cooling company ever. I worried that when I moved to Bloomdale Ohio they wouldn't be able to come this way, but to my surprise they do. They are small company and are extremely polite and professional. We've had both Mason and Todd come out throughout the years. They're reasonable when it comes to prices compared to other companies. If I could give higher than five stars I would.

I highly recommend TLT! I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could! They did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem with our old HVAC system, finding a new HVAC system for us, and installing our new HVAC system. They were honest, reliable, and did excellent work! I will be calling them for all of our heating and cooling needs!

I had them install a geo thermal system in 2012. Had some issues with the air conditioner a few years later. Called them for support. They came out and "fixed" my system, only for me to come home to it not working. I called them back to explain it wasn't working. I was not rude or upset. They got hostile with me and said they were short staffed and didn't know how to fix it and hung up on me.
A friend recommended I call Tiffin Deluxe. A young man came out and spent a considerable amount of time and finally figured out that it was a sensor that was registering water due to a partially clogged pipe. Easy fix..
I subsequently had an issue with my blower and called Tiffin Dluxe for assistance. This should have been covered by my warranty, but TLT never filed the paperwork. TIFFIN deluxe fought with the manufacturer as it was TLTs responsibility to file and got it covered for me. Tiffin Deluxe is awesome. I will never do business with TLT and strongly suggest others beware. I have had other friends with similar experiences that swear they will never use them again as well. I was literally shocked to see the 5 stars from others. Maybe there has been a change in ownership since I dealt with them. It was a couple years ago.

New HVAC system installed yesterday by TLT Heating & Cooling. Appreciated the 1) Fantastic communication and recommendations from Todd, 2) Ease of communication via text, phone call, and email, 3) prompt response and follow up, 4) professionalism of TLT employees during installation. Thank you Todd and TLT team for a great experience interacting with TLT Heating & Plumbing.

Wonderful service, helpful for routine maintenance, new projects, and emergencies! Very kind people, feel completely comfortable with them in our home. They're who we always call first!

Absolutely wonderful service. If they had 10 stars they would get them. Fixed my furnace that another place supposedly fixed. It works wonderful. Larry is a wonderful amazing electrician.
