Kogge Inc Plumbing Heating

We called them 2 hours ago and still have not heard from them after they said we will call you back in 15 minutes. I called ago and still nothing. We contacted them to do a sink and they never called us back Horrible service

Kogge is not timely in responses and fails to show up for scheduled services at all or on time.

Originally, I tried contacting them via their website and received no response after waiting a couple days.

Called them and scheduled an appointment. I leave work and waited over half an hour for the technician and they did not show up. Call Kogge to tell them that noone showed up. Kogge stated someone else scheduled my appointment wrong. In the background I can hear the person mutter "It's not that f-ing hard" as she is looking into the next available time.

The rescheduled appointment the technician was a half hour late. Then they bill us for 1 hrs worth of labor for 0.5hrs repair.

Rick Kogge installed a shower for us and listened to what we wanted, which was to leave the finish work up to us. That saved us a lot of money and we are very happy.

Had a need with our furnace during an extremely cold spell and the technician pushed to troubleshoot and repair timely.

Kogge has done all sorts of Plumbing and HVAC work at my house over the last 8 years. They've always been professional and thorough. These guys are a class act!

Five visits two tech's to diagnose one problem. On the forth visit, second tech diagnosed the problem, fifth visit first tech finally fixed problem. Conclusion, tech must never leave until problem fixed first visit. Any customer should not be charged if your tech doesn't fix the problem. ( try this & if this doesn't work call back ) is not a fix !

Wish I could give ZERO stars...called them several times over a one month period and Scott would not return my call. I wouldn't give them a penny of mine if they were the last place on earth, so rude and obnoxious on their part.

A little more expensive and busier than other places.

The service tech guy that came was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and was very thorough with his work!! They sevice my furnace and central air unit every year and always do a great job!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their furnace or AC!!

Wow was I in trouble. Heat went out in the middle of a deep freeze. Rick and the team responded fast, got me the system I needed (and presented me with great options).

Then, they saw my HW Heater was out! Within 24 hours they had it replaced, and no dumb fees for the quick turnaround.
I recommend these guys without qualification.

Access from the nicest office worker (Rebecca) to the Owner, they drill down to what you need and respond to it on a day when things look bleak.
