SubZero Heating and Air Conditioning

We had a clogged drain on our indoor AC unit. Steve came, checked to make sure our unit had good pressure, and then unclogged the drain for us. Our house is currently cooling down.

This is our second great experience with Sun Zero. Both times, Steve has been thorough, professional, and quick to get the job done. He’s created lifelong customers.

Was looking for new AC and SubZero showed me different options including heat and AC, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. Ended up with a new Evolution furnace and AC and I couldn't be happier. If you can afford it, I highly recommend the Evolution system from Subzero. I've never been so comfortable in my 1950 home of 11 years. It's a smarter system than I'm used to and Trishanda, Jack, and Steve are always quick to answer my questions and help me configure the system to fit my life.

I also had them add some vents to my three season room and it is now a very comfortable four season room. (another company told me it wouldn't be worth it to add those vents).

I'm so pleased with SubZero and my new system, of course I signed up for their semi-annual maintenance. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Our air conditioning went out on a holiday. When we contacted them the next day, they were out first thing, by 10am. The job was finished by 11 and the house is finally cooled down! We really appreciate how quickly they responded to our problem. It was also priced very reasonable.

We are very pleased with our new furnace. Steve came in after a flooded basement took our furnace and gave consideration to parts of the install that others had missed and I feel a more thorough estimate. The communication from Trishanda was great as well she let us know when to expect the install and when there was a delay due to a part she let us know quickly she was also quick with an email I needed for my insurance company. Overall very satisfied with the experience and I will be letting others know as well.

Jack and Steve did great work on a complex installation for an hearing and cooling unit in our attic. It took 3 days from start to finish, perfect timing before it started getting too hot!

Called SubZero on a whim for diagnostic service on my Lennox unit, which at the time, was over 30 y.o. Went thru diagnostics and found a bad timer board and low freon levels. Freon price was more than I was willing to pay, if my compressor was bad. Fast fwd 15 days, I schedule an appointment to have new Ruud units installed (heat and air). I wanted to have a little more cooling capability, so I went with a 16 Seer AC unit and 56K BTU furnace. Fast fwd again 10 days and 5 hrs later, (yes, 5 hrs from start to them pulling away) my house is cooling down. Jack and Steve went above and beyond. Asked me about decisions pertaining to the outdoor unit and what height I wanted to clear my mower. Couldnt ask for better service and tech advice concerning cleaning and maintaining my new units!
