Foust Plumbing & Heating

Mr. Dan Reed came this morning around 11:30 AM to install a new Rheem 40-gallon natural gas hot water tank. He is very professional and made all new pipe connections neatly. He explained things to me thoroughly so that I understood what he was trying to do. Even though Dan was here to install my hot water tank, he noticed that the exhaust vent pipe from my furnace had a crack. This is dangerous because it will release carbon monoxide into the air inside my house. He removed the cracked exhaust pipe and istalled a new one for me free of charge. Mr. Dan Reed clearly went above and beyond and I really appreciate what he has done for me. He also cleaned up the trash before he left. I am very impressed.

At 1:30 PM, Mr. Chris Reed (Dan Reed’s brother) who is the owner of Foust Plumbing and heating stopped by to check my A/C unit because I signed up for the Foust Family Memership. Chris also quoted an estimate for the replacement cost of my furnace and A/C.

Based on my meeting with Dan Reed and Chris Reed, I will ask for Dan Reed if I have plumbing problems and Chris Reed for my HVAC. I am glad that I chose Foust Plumbing and Heating.

Last but not least, Ashley (at the office) has been very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

It turns out we have tree roots growing through our drain tile. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They had a great sense of humor too. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We had a gas line run for a new gas stove, and the service was top notch. Dan was very personable, professional, and down to earth. The whole experience was very enjoyable, and I highly recommend them!!! Do yourself a favor, and start here!!!

As always, Foust delivers professional service. Had an issue with my furnace and they had a tech out in hours. Their service was amazing from the person who answered my call to the tech who came out. I have used them many times and NEVER been disappointed. They do not try to sell you something you don’t need and fix what needs done quickly. I will always use them for future needs.

Price gouging. Be sure to get bids from other contractors before proceeding. Their price came in more than 3X higher than other well-reviewed licensed plumbers - That is completely unreasonable, unfair, and unprofessional.

Dan was fantastic. The job was a little more involved than we anticipated, but he stayed and saw it through all the way to the end. Very courteous, and left everything cleaner than he found it.

On time and extremely professional. I have lived in several cities and states over the years and Foust is the best HVAC and plumbing service I have ever used!

Jason was great and put up with all of our shenanigans! Jason was punctual, does quality work and gave us the info we needed. Even after offering a sober man a shot, he still laughed with us. I’m sure his dog got an earful when he got home!
