Kurt replaced my old generator with a new one he recommended. Several years later, ( still under warranty) after two years trying for service from Kurt, ( generator fails to start, auto & manual ). I read the manual ( troubleshooting ) found a loose connection. My problem fixed. I can not recomend Kurt at New Knoxville Supply, generator sales or service is bad.He is off the call list!

I had to have a water line outside to the street replaced. Matt was a pleasure working with. The project was quick. Took only 3 hours. Matt even showed me the condition of the old pipe and where it leaked. He also explained how the new meter was moved into my basement, where it was located, and how the city would be able to read the meter. I have some other plumbing improvements I want to make over the next few months. I will definitely go to New Knoxville Supply.

Exceptionally responsive when called after hours when our furnace wasn’t working. Pleasant and friendly during the visit and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Cory did an awesome job-thank you for giving up your evening to ensure we were taken care of!

Garbage disposal leaked 3 months after warranty expired,probably was leaking while still under warranty. We were told that is just the way it is. When given estimate to replace they failed to include labor and tax. We were told that they gave us the price of disposal. Figured we were setting up the appointment for install and naturally the would include in price. Had been a customer for 20 years we are very disappointed.

I am a established customer with New Knoxville Supply. I called them because I needed my hot water tank replaced. So far I have called twice and have gotten the run around. In my opinion it seems as if they only want to do the big expensive jobs, although replacing my hot water tank would not have been cheap. In the meantime I have found a friendlier more professional contractor to give my business to.
