Avoid. not use. Quoted us $35 to come out and do diagnostic. If can fix, indicated $95/hr for labor. Came out, looked, immediately diagnosed and said they'd call us back with a price for part and est work time. Then charged $130. Inquired as to why the additional $95, said looking at it was labor. Thiefs. Liars. And very Rude when we called. Avoid at all costs, so many other better appliance repair folks around.

Absolutely will never use them again. Was quoted for service call, and $95 per hour. Was then charged an additional $180 for travel time. Lady on the phone was rude and the owner was just as accommodating. Would not reccomend or use them again.

They are scam syndicates! Replace my good heat exchanger!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never came out to the house when they said they would. I was put to the bottom of the list because my basement was flooding and i wasn't a multimillion dollar company. Mind you those words came straight from the owner not just an employee. Stray away if at all possible.

Wasted time. I told them what I thought the problem was, I was told that shouldn't be a problem, 5 hours later - that WAS the problem.
