1987 ac unit finally on its last legs. Comfort Air came in quoted me on Friday, and installed new system on Tuesday. They called beforehand, and the President even came out to check the install. Nice!!!

Wow!! Called Kevin because my furnace stopped working. 7:00 pm on a Thursday night. He was at my home within 30 minutes! Had me up & running in no time at all. By far the most knowledgeable guy. Told me step by step what needed to be done to correct problems. Would recommend this company to anyone. Very fair price & very good experience. Great job Kevin

Called and had an appointment for later in the day. Kevin called and said he could come much earlier. Got to the house and had the issues fixed within minutes. He also took the time to answer general questions I had. Friendly, knowledgable and prompt. Our family is thankful for his quick service in such hot temps. Highly recommend and we will use them again in the future.

We’ve used comfort air solutions twice in the last year for repair of our AC. Last summer, our AC went out and the tech told us that the unit may not last long as it was original to the house (19yrs). The unit was repaired and worked great all summer. This year, we noticed I’ve forming around the unit and we called comfort air again. Upon arrival, and before any inspection of the unit, the technician said “there’s nothing I can do for you. The AC unit is too old and needs replaced.” It was evident that the technician had the preconceived plan on how to “help” us before even looking at the unit by trying to score big on getting us to pay for a whole new system (furnace and AC)..

He looked at the unit and came back into the house and again told my wife that there’s nothing he can do and it’s just too old and he can quote us for a new one. He even told her rudely that he gave his card to us last year for us to call and get it replaced but we never called. (We never called bc the unit worked fine thereafter). After I questioned him further, he changed his story and said the unit is working now and he had just added refrigerant to it.

I say all of this to caution others from this company. He really didn’t give us as consumers the feeling that he was being completely honest. In my opinion, if the unit is working fine and we get another 12 months or 2 years out of it, then that’s a win. Just because the AC is old doesn’t mean it cannot be repaired.

They were very knowledgeable about their product. There were no hidden costs or surprises. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Someone came to check on the installation several times to ensure all was going well. I would highly recommend them.
