We had a major clog in our main line. All of our toilets were backed up and no drains were draining. I called a total of 13 companies and no one could make it out until next week (it was Friday). The woman I spoke with at Bobs was so sweet and said she would see what they could do. She called back within about 15 minutes that he was at a job and once he finished up he would head my way so likely early afternoon. He showed up less than an hour later. Very kind, very personable. I was so grateful they made it out so quickly and got my issue resolved. No more flushable wipes in this house!! Will absolutely be using again for future needs.

Bob’s Plumbing is my go-to plumbing/HVAC company. Jake and his team do top-notch work and they stand behind their installations. They did great a great job installing our bathtub + shower, toilet, mini-split A/C unit and submersible well pump. A very trustworthy company that values integrity along with fair pricing. Jake and employees installed a new furnace and AC in my sister's house and they are very nice, professional. Very clean, and respectful of your property, clean up after the work is done. Friendly people, great sense of humor. Jake replaced the transformer in furnace. Everything is good. Would recommend them anytime.

Well pump was leaking inside casing a fitting at the pitless adapter.
Called 7:30 AM Quick same day reponce. Replaced with new parts and had me back in service so we could enjoy the holidays! Thanks guys, great job as always!!

Awesome service! We had been without water for 5 days before I finally decided to call the professional. Jake (the owner) came out the same day and looked at it and was very up front, honest and fair pricing. He said he would be back the next day to fix it, and he was. We finally got water the second morning as our well was tricky and needed built up to code. The team was professional and worked quickly. Would recommend and will call them if I ever need them again :).

I've used Bob's a couple times now. Once for repairing my boiler and today needed them to repair a pressure switch. Both times they responded very fast, were professional, worked quickly and fixed the problems. Today, from initial phone call to completion of job, took them an hour and 13 min. Im very impressed and highly recommend them in the future.

While,Bob's did a nice job fixing a problem, be aware that their price is extremely high. Had we known their charge, we would not have used them. They charged $139 per hour with travel time added. Their office is 13 miles away and the plumber had been to the house previously but he had trouble finding the house. Three of us at the house concurred that the plumber was at the house for a total of 2 hours. Bob's stated they had a time tracking system and they based their charges on that. We were charged $450 for labor.

New install of multiple sinks done including complete new water lines. Work was started quickly and completed in the time frame I expected. Final cost was below quote which was a great bonus!

Came to my house and got their snake stuck in my sewer..Then charged me for the time they stayed here trying to get it out. It sat in my sewer for days..Then said they wanted to make things right..I decided to let them finish the job..Then 15 minutes before they get here they tell me they are charging me 400 more than quoted.. very unprofessional, had a retired guy come out to help and all he did was cuss and moan.. They were only worried about getting their snake, and getting paid.. not worried about professionalism or a job well done..
