Doug and team did a fantastic job installing a new air conditioning unit in our 1895 Victorian home.

Doug and his crew are fabulous! Doug keep my 38 year old Williamson unit going the last six years until I could afford an upgrade. Doug reviewed my options for my new Carrier unit and answered all my questions and assisted me with my decision. Doug is very honest. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Doug and his crew on a new HVAC installation. Not having any experience with local HVAC companies, I obtained quotes from a few different companies to replace my old unit. Called Time Savers after having a very bad experience with Knochelmann. Time Savers showed up soon after calling and quickly fixed our heating issue. Time Savers also contacted our furnace manufacturer and determined that all parts were covered by warranty! Our final cost came in far below that quoted by the other company who weren’t interested in fixing our 4 year old furnace and just wanted to sell us a new unit. We are telling all of our neighbors about our great experience with Time Savers and we’ll be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Doug and his installation crew were very professional and did a great job at cleaning up after the install. We have been using Time Savers for years and will continue to do so!

We have had Time Savers inspect our old furnace for several years. Not surprisingly the old furnace final had a cracked heat exchanger this year so I decided to go ahead and replace with a new more efficient unit. Doug explained the various options and provided quotes for a lower cost (less efficient system) and higher cost more efficient system. We plan to be here quite a few more years so I opted for the more efficient system. The new system was installed in one day and the workmanship was outstanding. I am an engineer and particularly picky when it comes to workmanship and Doug's work was outstanding. All the piping runs are well organized and nicely parallel and plumb. Doug worked with me to route the exhaust and intake where I wanted it despite it being more work for him.

We needed some foundation repair work done in Oct., 2021 which required the removal of the heat pump unit and move the unit into our garage for storage over the winter/spring. The unit could not be reinstalled until dirt from the foundation repairs had settled. I finally was able to have heat pump unit reinstalled 6/21/22. Doug was very responsive to my needs as the foundation work was weather-dependent, and required several cancellations and reschedules. He and his team ( Nicole in the office, and Tucker & Dalton for the install) were able to accommodate us with a 1 day notice! The company is very professional and the employees are very personable. My wife and I are very pleased with Time Savers, and will continue to use them for our future needs.

Doug did a great job servicing my old AC system and keeping it running through an additional cooling season. Stan & Doug installed a new replacement furnace, A/C and thermostat and have taken care of a couple of warranty issues with it. Doug even came out on a Saturday evening to get my A/C running during a hot spell and that was unexpected and greatly appreciated! Stan has been performing the routine maintenance to keep everything running properly and keeping us comfortable. I highly recommend Time Savers!

Doug, Stan, and the crew were impeccable. I was referred to Time Savers by a neighbor and I am so glad I contacted them. My 24 year old AC died in the heat of July, and they were super quick to diagnose the issue and get it up and running again quickly. As part of the service call, Stan inspected the Furnace and discovered we had multiple cracked heat exchangers. This could have become a life threatening situation with carbon monoxide buildup. Stan turned off the gas and explained all the details to me.

I then worked with Doug to assemble the most appropriate HVAC components for the size of our home and our comfort preferences. There was never any pressure to sell me on gadgets and features I didn't need. Doug clearly explained all of the varied options and costs and gave me peace of mind that I was making the right choices. Doug was timely in keeping me informed about product availability and timelines with the impact of Covid on manufacturing and delivery. DOug kept on top of the suppliers and called me as soon as the units were available.

Once the equipment arrived Doug quickly scheduled the install. He said the crew would arrive at 8:00am; they arrived at 7:58am each day and quickly set to work. They also had 2 apprentice trainees along and I am super impressed with their dedication, commitment, work ethic and courtesy. I overheard Doug working with them, instructing them and questioning them in an almost fatherly way. This truly reinforced for me that Doug and Stan truly care about their customers and their employees.

All throughout the process, I was kept informed about progress and included in decisions. They made me feel a part of the process and not just the homeowner on the sidelines.

After the install, you would never have known they were here. They left the workspace cleaner than they found it. At all times, they were considerate and professional.
