Heat pump went out they were here the next day and had it fixed in no time. The technician was respectful and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be more happy with the price and service I received and I'll definitely call Edward's Heating&cooling in the future for any my climate needs.

I called them this morning and they were out at my house within 2 hours. It only took them 15 mins total to figure out and repair my AC. They had everything on truck ready to go. They also had a filter that fit my furnace and changed that for me as well. These men were very professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company!

When I called, Keith was very accommodating and was very helpful, getting me scheduled quickly. The technician, Ray was awesome! Really nice guy. Couldn’t ask for better service! He was here in just an hour after I called. I recommend these guys to everyone, and I have since 2006, when we first had our unit installed. Great people, awesome service!!

We needed A/C added to our furnace. I called twice, left message each time with an employee, filled out message on web site, even stopped in at office, talked to gentlemen at desk, he said he would pass the message on. As of today Apr 20 2021 , still haven't heard back. A return call would have been appreciated. I don't appreciate being ignored. If you are busy and can't come out at least acknowledge my attempts to get service and let me know. As a matter of fact, we called another company and they came down immediately, did the job. Edward's must not have wanted my business.

We own three properties and have had Edwards do work on all of them. They are honest, professional, and dependable. We are now building a new home and trust them on the new HVAC system. Highly recommend this family owned business!

Bought a system a couple years ago and having issues with it that are due to the install. Another company wants $2000 to repair AND that's with warranty!!! Tried to contact Edwards, but no one will return my calls. DON'T USE!

Able to respond to the issue with the air conditioner promptly and affordably, even though they did not perform the initial installation on unit.

I always use Edwards Heating and Cooling for HVAC needs. They are honest, above everything else. They only do the work that needs done. They are affordable and thoughtful. They are quick when you call to schedule. I recommend them highly. I would give them more stars, if the stars were available.
