THE BEST! VERY honest, on time, took the time to find the actual cause of my AC not working and explained everything to me so that I understood. The last company that my home warranty sent was AWFUL however Mike has been a blessing and by far the BEST experience I have EVER had with an AC company. Pure Comfort Heating & Cooling did a great job. Same day service and Pure Comfort didn't take advantage of the weather to double their price. Other companies I called today said the service charge was twice as much today January 21 because of the weather. I will only call Pure Comfort Heating & Cooling from now on.

I am so beyond happy with my experience... they fixed some stuff on my ac a couple months back and it worked great for awhile... then it stopped working again.. they came out waived the service fee even though they didn't have too and fixed the new issue for a for a very reasonable price. I'd recommend to anyone.

Top notch HVAC company, highly recommended. We use consistently for all of our HVAC needs without hesitation. Don't second guess with anyone else, Mike is the best!!

Mike and Chris were both very good with explanations of the necessary work and answering all questions. Services were scheduled and completed promptly.

I highly reccomend john. He did a great job replacing my 16 year old heat pump that died on me during a below freezing temps. He installed the new unit and my house has been warm and cozy ever since. John was straight with me and didnt try to up sell me on anything. He educated me on what I needed and charged me a fair price. John's team was professional and got the install done in a timely manner. 5 stars!

Great service! I have used for AC and furnace. Both times they were able to schedule appointment within 24 hours. They call when they are on the way to my house and they were prompt. They are professional and courteous and at a great price.

The driver called to tell me he was in an accident and the ambulance was taking him to the hospital. I appreciate that he called and hope he is ok.
