Not even sure where to begin with this one. Rob is amazing, plain and simple. He answered my call and promptly came to our house when we had some electrical issues. He figured out what was wrong immediately and he and his team went throughout the whole house grounding all of our outlets and switches for hours. In addition, they replaced our furnace for us, the whole time being very professional, communicative, and on time. He never tried to charge us for anything additional and we felt his prices for his services rendered were very fair. I highly recommend him and would advise anyone making the decision on who to hire for their next HVAC or Electrical job to hire R3!

Had R3 come out to our home in Beavercreek today to address some electric issues we’ve been having. After a quick chat about our problem, he quickly got to work with a smile and took the time to educate me on the issue (we had another company come out previously that was not nearly as helpful or efficient). We look forward to having R3 come back out to address other issues that were found during today’s quick visit. Super nice guy, and our pup loved him too! My air conditioning went out at one of the hottest times of the year for about a week. I have a home warranty company. A referred technician from the warranty company arrived about 5 days after my initial request for service. I had a 6 hour wait window. He was 2 hours late and stayed less than 10 min and told me my issue was electrical and that I would need to contact my warranty again myself and wait for an electrician to have availability to come to my home. Needless to say, I needed a second opinion and a/c fast. I contacted R3 electric & HVAC right away and within a day Rob arrived at my home and confirmed it was an electrical issue. After he further investigated my fuse box he noticed my whole fuse box was a fire hazard. He showed me evidence where there had been moments were sparks had occurred inside and I was living with a major fire hazard. By the grace of God no fire had started in my home. having both electrical and HVAC experience, I was able to have air the same day, and a new electrical panel 4 days later. Safety, speed , and professionalism over a home warranty claim deposit that provides poor customer service and concern is EVERYTHING!

Highly recommend Rob. He came out early on a Sunday morning to diagnose the problems with my furnace. After an hour of going through every possible diagnoses he told me I needed a new furnace. He priced my furnace and installation lower than any others I searched around for and had it done extremely fast. He’s honest and straight to the point. Companies like this are hard to find any more. I won’t call anybody other than Rob for any heating, cooling or electric work I will ever need in the future.

We have used R3 twice since moving into our house and both visits went incredibly well. They were prompt, reasonable, affordable, and most importantly showed up to our door right when they said they would. They were honest and didn’t try to sell us services that were not needed. We will definitely use them for any of our hvac repairs in the future.

The previous night I called in a panic because one of my outlets started showing signs of soot and was extremely hot to the touch. After hearing what the problem was, he re-arranged his schedule to fit me in. I'm glad he did!!! My outlet was burnt and blackened. He was extremely professional, on time, knowledgeable, and above all patient. I will 100% call R3 Electric first when I have electrical problems or need an electrician. They have my trust and my business.

Robert came out to give a quote for my 79 year old mom. He was very friendly and made my mom smile. He emailed the quote right away and was able to squeeze in installing a new a/c unit before the weather was unbearably hot. Mom's house is nice and cool now! I have much gratitude for a professional and friendly job well done!

If you’re not having you’re electric work done with R3, then you’re making a mistake. Robert was quick, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, AND affordable. Guy knows his stuff. He also gave me a realistic idea of what work I need to get done in the future, and helped me prioritize it. I will certainly be a return customer. 10 out of 5 stars.

We needed some electrical repairs done quickly and R3 Electric & HVAC LLC., got us scheduled quickly and arrived on time. They did what they said they would do and at a good price. I would definitely recommend them.
