Jonathan came out to fix my air conditioner quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any other issues in the future.

Rightway heating and cooling is high class all the way. From customer service to quality install. Patrick and Noah did wonders on the install and left the heat pump/furnace clean an tidy.

Kevin was great in coordinating their efforts by communicating after hours, which was more convenient for me.

After the heat pump was installed I purchased a Nest and was having some issues setting it up. Kevin coordinated James to call me at 7 pm to FaceTime with me to ensure I had it setup correctly. James was awesome. He was smart and quick to fix my issue all with a smile and positive attitude.

In all Rightway gained a customer for life. Very pleased, thank you.

This company has earned my respect. MY AC went down, so I called these guys and they showed up asap. Brendon was my technician. This guy knew his stuff. He was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy at all when it came to "up-sales ". Hopefully I won't have to have AC work done again. But if I do, I'm calling Right Way Heating & Cooling and asking for BRENDON!

Jonathan showed up right on time and was courteous throughout, explaining anything I had questions about and getting straight to the problem. He followed up the next week with a several hour fix and was again very prompt and kind...and got our unit fixed!
