Contacted them first thing around 7:30am because my water heater was leaking water all over my basement. George had his guys there within a couple hours. They installed a new water heater for me and I was very satisfied with the job they did. Would recommend them to anyone!

I have a home warranty that assigned my shower issue to Morris. They called me same day and the first question they asked was if I had another shower I could use. Which we did but I should have never told them that, because it seemed like they didn’t care at all to fix my issue in a timely manner knowing I wasn’t being “that inconvenienced”. The woman on the phone, who was always very rude, told me she would call me back later in the week to set something up. I had to call HER back THREE times to get them to definitely tell me they’d be coming out the FOLLOWING Friday, 10 days later!

Once the guys came out they stayed for about 30 minutes. Fixed one problem and not the other. They said to call them (I wasn’t home) to get the diagnosis. I called and then was told to call back Monday. My husband called on Monday and they said they’d get us an estimate on the price and give us a call back. Then a week passed and we hadn’t heard anything from them so I called my home warranty company to request to use a different plumbing company. They reached out to Morris for the diagnosis as well. Another week passed. Nothing. So I called Morris again, got a rude guy on the phone that was very nonchalant in his dates and said he’d get my estimate to the home warranty “Monday or something...”.

ANOTHER week passed. So now it has been over a month and my issue is not resolved because of the lack of responsiveness, and basic rudeness and uncaring shown from Morris. I called my home warranty company and cancelled the contract with Morris and went another route with a new plumber. And have never heard from Morris since so I suppose they didn’t care about fixing my issue or having my business. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. So rude!

Called this morning with a dripping bathtub faucet. The plumber spent 2 hours and charged me $228 and my bathtub faucet is still dripping. In addition to that, my shower no longer works. (It was working prior to them working on it.) I was told that I would just need a new faucet. That was it. So, I said I could handle that myself. When we called to complain to management about the cost and that my problem was not fixed, they said the plumber explained to me that I needed a new valve and a hose and whatnot, and estimated it to be an additional $600+. Through tears, I explained the plumber did NOT explain any of this to me. The man I spoke to acted like I was stupid and just did not understand what the plumber was talking about. Morris is clearly only after money and not concerned about actually helping. We told them we would not be calling again and they said "I'm sorry you called, too" and hung up on us. Not great customer service for a customer who just paid $228 for absolutely nothing!

They charged us $177 to come to our house, knock off snow around out outdoor vent and "look" at our furnace. Furnace still did not work properly. They were only there for 10-15 minutes. Called them to inform still no heat and was told "oh well they did what they could and would not issue refund". Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

We are very pleased with the service and all aspects of Morris heating air and plumbing, highly recommend, good people, professional, we will call again if needed

Repairman were nice and did a good job working on our water heater.
