Preferred Heating & Air Inc

I have used Preferred Heating and Air for several years now. I will only use them! Prior to contacting them I had several other companies do work for me and was never impressed. Preferred always comes out quickly, they are honest and are typically cheaper than other companies. They have repaired and replaced AC units at my residence and rental property. I highly recommend them!

Preferred Heating & Air has been great! Angelo and Vinny came and took care of our air conditioner repair and they were so wonderful! They worked hard in the awful heat in the attic to make sure we got cool air circulating asap! We even had to call on a FRIDAY NIGHT and they came and took care of us pronto! I LOVE THIS COMPANY! They are honest and are very thorough with there work. I had a different company out 3 times last year to fix my air conditioner and it quit working again this summer... so I had Preferred Heating and Air come out ONCE this year and fixed the issue, for far less!!
The people in the office are super sweet and helpful, and the installers were very friendly, trustworthy, and informative. WOULD RECCOMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE!

We had them install a new system in our house. They did a great job planning the new system to make sure we could get even cooling and heating on each floor. What a difference. Everyone went out of their way to help me with my AC issue! They were able to accommodate my tight schedule, and the technician, Vinnie, was persistent and was able to identify the problem and fixed it on the spot! The customer service at the office is outstanding as well! Very pleased with the experience.

From the image they present when they come to do work, the care they take to do a good job and courtesy to customers, it is evident that they want to show quality and integrity. We have had work done both in business and in our own home and have been extremely happy with both products and service.

I had to have the motor replaced on my heater, not only was the technician prompt, kind, friendly, and experienced, but explained what was wrong. He gave me options, but most importantly gave me a price and stuck with it. Highly recommend this fantastic company!!!
