Horrible customer service!!!!! They scheduled a time between 2 and 5 to come out. We called to make sure they would be here the same day and they assured us the service man would be there. He never showed up and they NEVER CALLED us. Not even the next day to apologise. We called that night after five to see what was going on and a phone service took our call. You would think that would of at least called the next morning to apologise and reschedule. But no... They just updated and stated that it now will be better. Lol. 7/17/2018 - update-- I GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE TO COME OUT --- AND THEY DID THE SAME DAMN THING. NEVER SHOWED!!!!!! AGAIN!!! THE MANAGER CALLED US AND SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. NEVER SHOWED!! 2 TIMES!! THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED THE NEXT DAY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T BELIEVE THEIR REPLY. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK SINCE GIVING THEM A SECOND CHANCE. THEY STILL HAVEN'T EVEN CALLED. 2 NO SHOWS AND NO CALL. YES IT LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT NOW.
