These guys are great! Bought a new Carrier AC/heat pump, everything went perfectly.
Very knowledgeable, courteous, and treat your home as if it were theirs. Very careful with installation, cleaned up after themselves. Explained how it all worked and made sure I had a good understanding as well. Wish all businesses ran like this one. I would have given more stars but 5 was the limit but easily a 10 star company. Randall set everything up (great guy) then Bryan and Ryan showed up on time and all went as promised. Great job guys!

The office called early to let me know the service tech might be late because of the project he was working. The tech called about 30 mins before arrival and arrived within the original time window I was given. He was able to diagnose and fix our issue in less than an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable! 10/10 stars, will call again for future issues.

They said they would come between 12-4 I requested they come before 4 as much as possible so we could go to church. They called about 3:15 and stated it would be closer to the 4 would I like to reschedule, I got the idea then that they would be late if they showed at all. I was correct, at 6 pm I got a call that the man would still come if I wanted him to but they could do it over the phone. They then made a small job so expensive that they knew I wouldn’t have it done. It’s sad that companies are so busy right now that they feel small jobs are above them. One day, they may need these small jobs.

Everyone was very professional and kind. They even squeezed in a job for me because my client was going through chemo and couldn’t risk getting sick from the cold.

Great repair man. Social, kind explains any and all questions you may have. Thou tough for sure. Quality impressive and cost of everything was shockingly affordable to anyone. Never use anyone else but Five Star for any of my home needs! Thank you guys so much!

Hot July day. At 1pm realized our A/C was blowing warm air. Called for service at 2pm. Technician arrived at 4pm. A/C repaired and blowing cold air again by 5pm. Very impressed with this service. Will definitely use again & recommend to others. 👍👍

Guys very professional and clean. Did great job removing old central air and installing new unit. It seems to be more efficient and very quiet.

The tech Randall l was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend highly!
