Prices were great, Delivery was good. A portion of the Copper Coil was damaged upon receipt - We could have refused the shipment- But the Coil was much longer than we needed and we determined to accept the shipment anyway. The unit- Heat pump furnace was in excellent shape upon opening- I had a local guy install it and its been running great for 2 years now. I would recommend this company ...

Horrible customer service. Took almost 2 months for someone to contact me about my return. (I also called and attempted to cancel the order prior to it shipping and got no response.). Now I have to pay shipping and restock of 20%! If my fault, Iโd be fine, but the website shows the item as compatible with my heat pump, though it truly isnโt. Found this out after calling Daikin when my AC guy said it is not compatible. Now they are punishing the consumer. Not only do I have to pay shipping back, but they are also taking 20% to put a brand new unit (never out of box, even) back on the shelf for sale.

Well unfortunately I bought a "Scratch and Dent" unit for a very reasonable price with supposedly only cosmetic issues and a screw loose or so. It did take me a couple of weeks to get to a point where I was ready for it. I did a cursory check of the unit when it arrived and as expected 1 bent support and the pan was a little bent. Both NO BIG DEAL. It sat in my shop floor until I slid it to its permanent home on the packing base. When I slid it into the sleeve i found this and their reply was simply sorry maybe you can get your local installer to help you fix it.

Was told the evaporator coil I ordered was in stock but now its 8 weeks out. That is why I canceled my order from the first company I tried to buy one from and they said it was 6 weeks out. Somebody should have contacted me about this last week when I ordered it.
I'm very disappointed and very HOT here in texas. Thanks alot well not buy anymore products from here.

Contacted furnace outlet after an inspection revealed we needed a total replacement. Melissa was incredible and answered all of my questions. Placed our order Wednesday and it was delivered friday afternoon by the friendly delivery driver. Not to mention the excellent pricing. I will recommend these guys to family and friends. Excellent experience for having to replace a furnace haha.

I ordered a new unit and was promised that it would be delivered within 2 business days. It's been over two weeks and nobody is answering the phone or my emails to their help desk.
