Nathan Hutchison and Air Care Heating, Cooling and Ventilation LLC went above and beyond regular customer service today. We are first time customers and he literally dropped everything at 6:30pm on a Friday to help our family out. I have family in the business that were unable to help due to logistics and Nathan was as good as family! Please consider his business for next routine or emergency HVAC needs!

Punctual, professional and affordable! We had an unexpected issue with our A/C and Nathan was able to send someone out within an hour of calling. We are far away and they didn’t make an issue out of having to travel to us. On an eighty five degree day- the technician thoroughly inspected the outdoor unit, fixed the problem, and even advised us on ways to maintain the unit. The company didn’t take advantage of our naïveté like big name companies may have and that was most appreciated. Thank you guys very much!

This company is the best! They were quick to come out, very friendly, and fixed my problem with ease. I would highly recommend using them! I called Nathan again for the second time when my heat wouldn't turn on, he came out the very same day and fixed my problem quickly. He was very polite! I will always recommend him to everyone I know. Great company!

Just had Air Care Heating and Cooling come out on a service call and fix my AC, my blower and Board went bad and both Nathan and Chet were fabulous, they were quick and courteous with very fair pricing!! I would call them again in a heartbeat if I needed service again!!

This company replaced my thermostat when my furnace quit running properly. They were respectful and very reasonably priced. I will call them again when it's time for a new system!
