Hormann's Heating & Cooling

Woke up with the whole house being freezing cold on a Saturday Morning. Called Hormann's to see if we can get someone to come out and repair. They came out within a few hours and had to order a part. But they brought out an electric heater, it kept my whole house warm. Until the next day they had a pert to fix my gas furnace.

I called Horman’s in December 2022 to service my furnace. They came the same day. They also said I’ll need a new unit and they would send me a quote. 20 days later I reached out to see when I would receive the quote. It wasn’t until Feb. 2023 I received the quote for furnace replacement only. I requested a quote for ductwork replacement as well. As of today, I haven’t heard a word about setting up an appointment to quote my ductwork replacement or replace my unit. Good company if you need same day repair but if you need a replacement or a new unit, call someone else.

Outstanding customer service and great pricing. Someone referred me to them, and I would refer anyone looking for heating and cooling needs to them as well.
