    Just had Hybrid replace our furnace and air conditioning unit. Great customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional from beginning to end. We love our new unit, we have never been this comfortable in our house. I would recommend Hybrid to anyone who is looking for help with their heating or cooling issues.

    Trevor and Dan came out today to install an Aprilaire humidifier. They arrived on time and were very professional. They even listened to my complaint about the filter placement. They suggested a side opening for easier removal. I agreed and they were able to do it today.
    Both guys were very friendly and explained how to use the humidifier. They cleaned up their work space and where gone in two hours.
    I highly recommend Hybrid Heating and Cooling, I will be calling them again.

    Would NOT recommend Hybrid unless it’s an emergency and you’re willing to pay top dollar.

    Called because my heat pump was encased in ice. The contractors themselves are very cordial, professional, and great guys. The bill, however, was exorbitant and unnecessary. The contractors spent the majority of the time on with tech support, multiple hours of muzak for which I was charged. It is not the customer’s responsibility to pay for their learning curve. As professionals in heating and cooling, I’d expect them to be able to troubleshoot initially without the aid of tech support. In speaking with several other heating and cooling professionals on my own, without even seeing the unit, they each correctly diagnosed the issue.

    Hybrid replaced a part, but the issue was not corrected, so they had to come back out for yet another service call and more hours on the phone with tech support. They did their best to come back out in a timely manner, but got called away on other service calls. They did not let me know until 4pm that they would not be able to come after initially scheduling a morning slot. I was undercharged initially and they called back days later to request corrected payment, which I complied with even though it was their mistake!

    Charged ~$850, only $250 of which was parts. Taking all that into consideration, the manager would not even offer a small discount on the service time. A simple olive branch of 15% or 20% off the service time would have sufficed. He offered a lengthy set of excuses, even indicating that they knew tech support would take hours and that I’d be billed for it. They knew this and didn’t mention it to me. If you don’t know the machinery, say that! They get an F on customer satisfaction!!!

    Hybrid put in my furnace and AC and has been servicing those same systems for about 10 years now. I have had nothing but very good service from them. They are prompt and very professional. The price is good too. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

    Hybrid has done duct replacement and heater repair work for me. Nothing other companies can't do. However, the service is great and prices are fair. They arrive when they say will, they are courteous and explain what is going on and answer my annoying 100 questions.

    WOW!

    Just finished my experience with Hybrid. After my AC went out yesterday, and being on and off the phone with every AC tech in this area, one stood far above the rest. The employees from reception to end result were excellent. Fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and above all empathetic to my situation. I will tell everyone I know, these guys are the ones to call, every time.
