After installing the garage heater, the side door would not open wide enough. Rather than moving the heater, he asked if I was OK with it.

I asked him to check the air conditioner because it was not cooling well. After doing his checkup he said I need to set the thermostat lower!?
He also put his sticker on the old record of maintenance. Now I can't tell what work has been done to the furnace

We use Agassiz for all our furnace issues. We have little kids and when the heat isn't working they are fixing before our house gets cold. Always treat us great and very reasonable. Thanks for all your help

Horrible customer service. The woman who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. I guarantee they lose many jobs by forcing people to talk to her.
