It was a busy holiday weekend and heavy snow. A real human answered my call and walked me through a few steps to check my system. Since this didn’t fix my problem he had a tech respond to my home. He was very professional and took care of my issue. He also told me not to hesitate to call them back if I had any further problems. Very satisfied first time customer!

These guys are top notch. They have worked us in on several emergencies over the past few years and are always very knowledgable / honest with their work. Our patients and staff here at Dobson Dental appreciate the great service!

I called Dorsett at 8 am when they opened and they sent someone out right away. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he did a wonderful job. Despite the oppressive heat yesterday outside and in, he got the AC working and I had cool air before 9:30. High marks!!

I called the day after a holiday weekend and got same moring service ! My tech , Ryan, was professional and courteous and took the time to explain what the problem was. He repaired the AC and was on his way by lunchtime. I was very happy with the service and the professionalism. I will definately call them again.

Don’t not use this company, they are crooks
I had them come out To do a diagnostic check to see why my air conditioning unit outside wasn’t working properly and they told me the diagnostic fee was going to be $90 so I had them come out I paid the $90 and they can’t find anything wrong with my air-conditioner unit they told me to then call them back when the problem started back up again and I did that and they said they would have to charge me another diagnostic fee and I spoke to the manager and reenter rated what the manager told me to do which was call him when the problem happened and I even asked him if they were going to charge me another diagnostic fee and he told me know now he’s trying to tell me that since I didn’t let the technician clean my coils and I did it on my own they’re trying to tell me that that’s the reason why my air-conditioner is not fixed So save your money and time and go find a reputable company that won’t take your money

Friendly stuff and very helpful to answer my questions when I had problems with my air came out needed a new unit and inside came out the next day and we were up and running with cool air... And great prices you can't go wrong
