Chad was professional and arrived on time. He assessed & repaired the issue with my A/C unit and provided explanations of what he was doing throughout the process. He was honest about the work he was doing, explaining what would fix my system's issues. It started feeling cooler before he left my home, which was important (new baby in home). He provided great customer service and I have already started to refer him to other people.

The HVAC system was not responsive to the thermostat settings preventing the home from being cooled which is something I needed.

Chad was nice enough to come sooner than the scheduled appointment, diagnose the issue, immediately offer a stop gap measure and recommend a permanent solution.

Chad and TJ were great. I’ve never experienced the type of Quality Customer service Chad provides his customers, especially in this industry. Chad made a service call on Christmas Eve, quickly diagnosed the issue and worked with our warranty company to find resolution. Warranty company decided to replace our entire system. Chad kept us in the loop the entire time and even followed up to make sure everything was still working well after the install was made. Highly recommend Global Heating and Air!!

A pipe line on the furnace at one of our rental properties froze up. Fortunately, a Global Air Conditioning representative was able to respond same day and fixed the issue. We also have used this company for new ducting and other general maintenance at various properties. Fair pricing and prompt service. Definitely recommend this company.

My HVAC system was not working correctly. I was referred to Global Air Conditioning and Heating for the repair. My unit was diagnosed and the part (high pressure sensor) was ordered the same day. Chad informed me that the part would not be available until the next day. Chad picked up the part repaired the unit the following morning! GREAT SERVICE! COMPETITIVE PRICING! I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was worth leaving one today! Found them scrolling on google and I’m glad I gave them a call. The service was prompt and professional! They explained everything they did and took pictures so that I could follow along and see what caused the problem and made sure I understood as a 1st time homeowner that means a lot to me! Furnace stopped working Wed. night. Called for service through my warranty company. Got a call from Global within a couple of hours. I was fit into their schedule for Thurs. Chad came within the time frame I was given. He diagnosed & repaired the problem. I have a warm house again. Thank you Global for your responsive & your professional serviceman Chad.

I had a problem with my a/c not cooling and they came early to repair the issue. Chad was very professional and fixed the problem quickly and now I don't have to worry about not having a/c as it gets hot outside. I would call them again in a heartbeat!
