Fair pricing. Fast response. I was impressed at their efforts to satisfy my needs. Gave me several options. Nice to find an honest HVAC contractor.

Daniel came out to look at our furnace and was quickly able to determine the issue and showed me why it was the issue as well as checking and cleaning up a few maintenance issues. Very personable and helpful. Highly recommend him and Dave Matthews. They also installed our new AC unit earlier this year.

On 12/23/22 during our unfortunate “cold snap”, it was precisely then when my downstairs unit decided to just STOP!
It was after 6:00 PM, when to my surprise an actual “person” answered and assured me someone would be out first thing on Xmas Eve!
The most professional, and knowledgeable gentleman was here (Daniel Grichanichenko) first thing as promised. He could not have been kinder taking the time explaining the issue and solutions.
I have always trusted Dave Matthews, but this only solidifies the importance they have in finding exemplary employees!! They are extremely fortunate to have Daniel representing their company!

They are an outstanding company. Everyone I came across, from the wonderful lady that answer the phones to Zack and Matt. Customer service was on point. Something that nowadays is often overlooked. They installed an AC unit at my house and a couple of dampers I purchased. They never tried to sell me more than I needed. Matt was very thorough at explaining to me what his recommendation was. I never felt pressured. The installation crew were very professional and personable. Zack came by a few times and every time was very courteous and very friendly. He’s definitely an excellent asset to Dave Mathews. Their prices were super fair. I did get two prior quotes and Dave Mathews beat them both. They show up when they say they will. I’ll definitely use them again and will make sure to refer them out. Thanks again for the fine work.

It's the first cold day of the year and my heat stopped working. I called Dave Matthews as they were helpful when my AC broke a couple of summers ago. and luckily they were able to come on the same day. I got a Technician named Daniel G and he had me up and running in less than an hour. He even explained what he was doing while he was doing it, which I appreciated. He was candid and patient about the system and explained what is good and bad about it, and he easily found the small problem and fixed it on the spot. He also gave my unit a thorough review explaining what a typical maintenance service would be and encouraged that I do one in the future. He was honest, professional, reasonably priced and not trying to upsell me. I will use them for maintenance in the future. I would recommend this service.

Dave Matthews H & A was recommended by a friend. Our AC unit developed a leak and needed replacement. Matt the owner came out and spent time to evaluate our system. He gave us a few options and took time to explain each of them and recommended the best solution for us . He even then helped us out with a quick charge to keep us comfortable till replacement could be completed. The service reps were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, an issue arose following the replacement. This is where the character of Matt and his company really shined. They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to correct it. I could not praise this company enough and will be using them again when the time comes..

Hands down the best Heating and Air company in the area. Timely, professional, reasonable, and above all HONEST. The technicians were very professional and explained what they were doing throughout the process.. Talking with the owner was great. You can't go wrong calling Dave Matthews Heating and Air.
