These people took me for a ride, all the while, I thought they were doing right by me. Very upsetting.

I can't say enough good things about the kind people who own and work at Allen's Heating and Cooling. They managed "surprise" issues with ease, explained what they were doing and why, prioritized and customized a heating, cooling and dehumidification system based on my needs and were laid back and easy to deal with. The pricing was fair and the billing was completely transparent, even inventorying parts numbers, so that I could check prices online. As a female homeowner, I'm always a bit weary of being talked down to or having my questions dismissed when I have "experts" out for repairs. Not one ounce of that feeling with Allen's. A+ service. Highly recommended!

Update: the mini split that was installed has caused mold issues in my basement. They did not run the condensation line far enough away from the house. This has cost me $10s of thousands of dollars before the issue was discovered by multiple companies including: Black Mountain Handyman and Precision Restoration Services. I'm reaching out to see if they'll reroute the water on one of the mini splits that is currently seeping down the wall of my basement and causing serious humidity issues. Humidity issues that I might add that I was promised would be resolved by the $7000+ worth of equipment that I purchased from them.

I highly recommend Jared Allen and Allen's Heating and Air. They are just phenomenal. I'm so impressed with them and the job they've done replacing our HVAC systems and thermostats. He is one smart cookie. And his crew is fabulous. So prompt and proficient. And they're very honest and reasonably priced.

We recently purchased a new HVAC system from Allen’s. We were extremely impressed and thankful for the amazing customer service we received. The HVAC system is also top quality and affordable for our budget. It runs great! We will continue to use this company in the future and highly recommend them to friends.

Still in disbelief at how amazing this company is! I spoke with Jared Wednesday afternoon due to having issues with our upstairs AC and less than 48 hours later he was here! Our home was built in 2014 and last summer/fall we started having issues with the air not coming on at all upstairs. We called the company who was responsible, Champion, and they never came or returned our calls. Jared came today, went into my sleeping toddlers room where the mechanical closet for the HVAC unit is located and not only did he diagnose the issue, he didn't wake my baby! We were not aware of what our warranty entailed and instead of charging us for a new fan, $400, he called the manufacturer and they are sending him the part covered by the warranty. He will be here to fix it next week!! Allen Heating and Air came highly recommended and lived up to every word! Thank you so much!!

Charles Allen came to my house promptly, diagnosed that I needed a new thermostat for my furnace, took one off his truck, installed it, and was gone in 45 minutes—at a reasonable price. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

Excellent service! They were quick to respond when I called and had our AC unit fixed up in 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this company at all.I wouldn't even give them a 1 star very unprofessional and don't even know what they are doing.They will lie to you as well if your looking for a good HVAC company stay away from them.

My first time using this company and I couldn't be happier. On time, VERY thorough, professional, and polite. Would reccomend and will use again.
