Added a 3rd zone to my sunroom off my existing HVAC unit. Quality installation using quality materials and thermostat. Great guys working hard to build their business at more than a reasonable price.

Louis, the new guy did an amazing job! Our HVAC system was just put in November of 2021, it hasn’t been that hot so we just started using the AC recently, one day we came home and it wasn’t cool in our home, also the fan on the outside unit wasn’t engaging. Louis the new guy hope I’m spelling it correct, came out after 7 PM , he smiled and said you will be cold tonight! He fixed the issue, didn’t take any time doing so! My warranty covered the job so no out of pocket expense! We where so grateful! In less than an hour our home had dropped 3 degrees it was in the high 90’s on that particular day! And the humidity seemed to not allow anything to cool down! By the time we all went to bed it was a comfortable 71o degrees. Thank you On Time for your service and professionally trained team! You are much appreciated!

Omar was great. He quickly found the problem and took steps to get the parts to correct issue.

Henry came through in a clutch at 8:30PM when I thought I'd have to suffer all night with no AC in the middle of a head wave. He was thorough, professional, and timely. Great rates too. I arrived at my house and the A/C would not come on and the digital thermostat would not change the setting. I called on a late Sunday afternoon and On Time Service had someone at the house within an hour and a half. He got my A/C working in less than half hour with a loaner thermostat. He returned two days later once the new thermostat arrived and installed it. Excellent communications and customer service.

Henry and his crew worked tirelessly to install a new HVAC for us when our old one finally died. They were punctual and worked until the job was completed and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this company and crew.

Very thankful for their urgent response time. My unit stopped on friday at 3:00 pm, called them and arrived at house within the hour. Diagnosed the problem and came back on Sat and installed new unit. Henry and his team were very courteous and pleasant to work with. Got job done in a very timely fashion.
