They quickly diagnosed a faulty blower motor bearing and quickly repaired it at a reasonable price. They have provided efficient and swift service for us one three occasions. They have won our confidence and we are loyal customers now.

I had some issues with my HVAC unit working properly. Mac's was able to come out quickly and repair my unit with no issues. Very responsive and communicative. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it.

Had an emergency AC outage (aren't they all?). Called Mac's in the morning after trying numerous other Tidewater companies with no luck; within hours John had the unit repaired and cooling. Amazingly fast and professional. call them for your next service!

Wonderful service! John-n-Mark came when they were suppose to.A unit we thought was bad-n-had to replaced(we were told this by another company) they figured out was a minor part that needed replacing which was done in a timely manner. Most expensive quote for the same Trane unit everyone else was putting in. Also while giving the quote I felt as if I was speaking with a car salesman. I ended up going with M.D. Lawson and had a great experience.
