Tyson Service did an amazing install of my AC/heat pump system. The team of installers was prompt, friendly and trustworthy. They kept me informed of everything that was happening and walked me through any questions I had. The back office took care of all of the communication with the warranty company (except the initial service claim) and kept me informed of everything. Once approved, they moved quickly to get the system installed for us. They also did a thorough inspection of the system to ensure it was working correctly and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Tyson for the great service!

Tyson Services has been a major blessing to me and my family. I had a company that was booked and age last minute, contacted Tyson Services and the next day they was available to service my AC/Heat Unit. Mr. Nick was kind and took time to explain what was wrong with my unit and how to repair moving forward. Update:
I had another unit go out and Meghan at Tyson was persistent with holding my home warranty company accountable to replacing my unit properly. Tyson continues to impress and I stand by what I said about them being the standard bearer in the industry.

EDIT: They have now come to my house again for service. Not only are they quick and show up on time. They go above and beyond with making sure that my family is taken care of. In a world where customer service is neglected in most companies, Tyson obviously takes the opposite route and is not just best in class, but best in any industry. Thanks!

Tyson replaced a Heat Pump and Air Handler system that was covered by my home warranty. They communicated every step of the way and performed fantastic work. They are the best vendor that has come to my house for A/C service.

I was set up through my home warranty with Tyson Services. The warranty office told me they couldn’t come for two days, but when I called Tyson directly they got me in the same day, and even showed up early. They also ensured that my warranty covered their service. Great service, super timely, amazingly helpful!

Our warranty company assigned Tyson Services to our AC repair on June 1st. System worked for a while then failed again on June 15th. Thermostat was not working. On this visit or prior visit they also replaced capacitor and added refrigerant.
We had to order a new thermostat that was recommended by Megan and they came out to install it. They had to disconnect the relay board since new t-stat had 5 wires and old had 3 wires.
The unit still did not work and they were working with the warranty company to replace coil and the outside unit. This process was in the works for over two weeks, and warranty company "reassigned the repair to another vendor.
New HVAC vendor came out July 18 (34 days we were without Air Conditioning) and this is what the new company's tech wrote on his invoice:
"They (Tysons Service) left a mess at outdoor unit with screws, wires ,and garbage.
Today I found the y wire to outdoor unit loose and fell out of the wire nut.
After getting a call to outdoor unit found the compressor overheated. I cooled off with a hose. After system started it was going off on high pressure , high pressure was hitting 600 psi so
system was going off n on. I removed 4lbs of refrigerant to get proper charge and system cooling properly with 11sc. System running and cooling properly now with a 21 degree delta t."

This took less than one hour and no new parts were needed.

I have tried to contact Mr. Dale Tyson, by phone yesterday to review this with him, left voice mail and 21 hours later haven't heard back from him.

Think twice before you call Tyson Services.

I usually dread dealing with HVAC companies. Today that all changed. Chuck the service tech was awesome and was able to troubleshoot a problem with a tree frog that had found out the control panel and electricity is not to be messed with! Chuck was able to get our AC working again without breaking the bank.

Got an incredible deal on a complete replacement of heating/AC unit and outside AC condensing unit and evaporator coil. All work was done in a professional manner by a three man team that kept me informed of all problems and decisions. Also got great support by Tyson Services office staff who insured I got the best units for my needs at the best prices. I would recommend Tyson Services for installation as well as servicing and repairs. I have been a customer for 6 years and have seen no one with better service policies and professionalism.

Tyson Services AC is amazing company and i can’t say enough about them. They were extremely professional, prompt and helped me navigate a tough situation with my warranty company. I highly recommend them and Megan in their front office is just phenomenal she deserves a TON of credit.
