Moncure Heating and Air

My Air conditioner broke about two weeks ago when it was like Africa HOT and NC humid. I was beyond misery. I also have a retired service dog who is 13 years old now and has respiratory issues so the only fan I had I was using on him b/c I couldn't stand to see him suffer. Someone referred me to Moncure Heating And Air and I can not say enough about how great Scott is. He is a gentleman and professional and knows exactly what he's doing. He came out straight away and was able to identify the issue within minutes. After the part came in he was back out the next day and had it installed not in 4-6 hours like most people online say it takes but in just over an hour. Although there was another much smaller issue found after putting in the new compressor he was kind enough to agree to come out on a Sunday because I will be working tomorrow and won't be at home. If you are ever in need of someone for your air or heat Scott is the guy! Thank you SO very much. And Monty too! (ruff)

to get my HVAC fixed on July 4th weekend. It was over 90F all weekend, my home temp was near 100 degrees, and the company my home warranty company sub-contracted to do the work told me they would not be able to even get out to look at it for 6 days. Obviously, that was not possible - or safe - for my family and I.

On a hunch, I contacted Moncure Heating and Air. They had previously inspected my system prior to the purchase of my house and had a good reputation (per my realtor). Although the company was technically closed for the holiday weekend, nevertheless the technician Scott called my home to help me troubleshoot. He gave me some things to try, and indeed I was able to get the unit working myself!! Then, the next morning (on a holiday weekend!) he called to check on its status. He let me know he was in the neighborhood and available to come out and check on things to ensure we didn't have another outage.

I genuinely feel like this company cares about its customers, not just their money. I highly recommend them and hope they get as much business as they can handle. They are great and really saved me at a critical time! A+++++

For those of you who saw my last review of Moncure Heating and Air it was a misunderstanding on my behalf. They ordered my part and are coming out since it was delivered today. I misunderstood but all is good in the neighborhood LOL.

I called at 830 on a Saturday morning and my air was back up and running just after 10am. Scott was super nice and knew his stuff - very professional. Thank you so much!

I've used other heating and air companies.
One messed my whole system up and left it apart. Told me I needed a new unit. Scott came out, put the mess back together and got my heat up and running.
