Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling

Perfect Comfort has installed three systems for us. One at our home and one at each of two different rental properties.. Service was excellent and the systems have worked perfectly since being installed.

Perfect Comfort (Richard Coble) installed my A/C in 2005 and did a great job taking out the old furnace and installing the new system. I have received great service from both the A/C and Perfect Comfort.

The WORST company ever!! Don’t waste your time! I wish I could give -5 stars. Their drivers are AWEFUL and drive on the wrong side of the road. I called to speak with a manager to report the driver who almost hit us head on and the guy who answered seemed intoxicated and very unprofessional (which was recorded btw). He said there was no manager and that he was the closest thing to a manger as I would get (I believe he was the owner/driver but didn’t want to admit to it). He then started toying with me about being upset stating he must not be important enough since I needed an actual manager. I wouldn’t trust a company who behaves in such manner to come inside my home to fix anything especially if they’re behaving like this at only 9 am. I would Definitely recommend a more professional heating service and not one who starts happy hour before noon.
