I was able to get an appointment quickly and the technician, Fabien was friendly and did a great job replacing my washing machine water box ; however, there was no breakdown in the pricing and the overall cost seemed to be extremely high given the market cost of the parts and the hourly rate calculated based on the time spent. I will definitely shop around in the future for a better price.

No call no showed for an appointment I waited a week for. Call someone else and save a lot of time

Ended up not using them, When I first called they gave me one price to come out and said it would be included in any repairs made. Then called me back a hour later to inform me the cost to come out was almost 3x the original quote and it was a separate charge and wouldn't be included in the repair.

Michael and Sons charged a customer of mine $485 to replace a GFI outlet, something that takes 20 minutes and $20 worth of materials, I have previously paid $75-$100 for this service, very disappointing.

I called for an estimate and they were able to start my project that day!!
