    Had an unfortunate experience of attempting to schedule somebody to come out and quote for a unit with install. They gave me a window from between 11a-1pm for somebody to arrive. I cleared my schedule for the day and waited. They called me at 12:45pm to let me know that several of their techs are not available and they would need to reschedule due to staffing and a hectic morning. I really wanted to ask why they waited until the end of my window to let me know nobody is coming out but instead politely thanked her and cancelled. And, it truly was a sincere thank you. I'd rather see poor planning and miscommunication before I pay for something rather than after.
