The cashier was very polite and helpful when it came to making recommendations. The crab leg platter was seasoned to perfection and was delicious. My sister and I also ordered the crab and shrimp pasta. She didn't get any crab in hers but they corrected it by giving her some to add to it. My brother and I both ordered the seafood Mac and cheese. We asked one waiter 3x for it and anther waitress for it once. We didn't end up getting it until the end of our meal. What was more disappointing was that it was not at all what we ejected. It was literally macaroni noodles mixed with minimal shredded cheese and even less seafood. Just an FYI it's not baked. Overall I have it a 3 for all of the above. Hope this helps.

Weve used them twice now and both times they were the only company that was willing to help us. Someone came out from out Peidmont Air or something along those lines and they gave one look at it. Said nothing's wrong and left. We call Air Repair...he said he couldnt see on the surface what was wrong so he GOT UNDER THE HOUSE , noticed it was our pipe full of water so he drained it and got it working for under 100 bucks!! Now he did mention we need a new pipe but that would cost 500 and he would need help with it anyways, so we of course dont have that right now and will wait. I think our service guys name was Ben ... such an awesome worker, so thankful he took his time to figure out what was wrong. It was MISERABLE without air, I got sick feeling the last few hours so he was our life saver in both moments. 100% recommend this company, we will be long time customers for sure.

I've used them for years. But this was the first time where I felt like they weren't straight up. So I'm not sure. Maybe they are still cool. But I've had really fair and happy experience in the past compared to the large corporate companies that straight up rip you off every time.

Okay so I called this company out of the blue cause our air broke and they came out same day which was great, it took them 6 hrs but understandable in the middle of summer. However, they took 1 look at the inside portion of the air and within 5 mins said the motor was dead. At first they said they didn't have the right motor and had to order and it would be the next morning before they got it but it would be $550. Then they decided that they had a after market motor with less RPMs and they could do it right then for $500. So I asked them about the warranty and he went back to his van and called his boss. Then they came back and said no we are going to order the OEM motor for tomorrow morning and it will still be $500. Today after having no air all night they called and said the price was $640. WTF then all the office could say was the technician shouldn't of promised you that and refused to give me the $500 tag. So to boot we called a different repair company they came out within 3 hrs of calling and he had my air fixed in 5 minutes of being here. It wasn't the motor at all!!! Stay away from this company. They will rip you off.

Have used them since moving to Concord. Once to change a relay and once to fix a motor issue. Price is always fair and they arrive when they say they will. Great service

Air repair has been doing all our work for many years, both at home and at our commercial properties. They do a great job and are very responsive.
