I have used Redblue to install and service all 9 of our RTU units over the past 15 years. Redblue had always been very responsive and quick to respond to each service call. RedBlue is my HVAC vendor, they handle all the hvac for our properties. One of the best, easiest to deal with and most competent hvac companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
They are always on time and quick to repair the issue. I’ve had multiple emergencies they have dealt with, they showed up after hours and got the unit up and running quickly. The techs are top notch and very knowledgeable. They update me regularly when on property, pricing is very competitive and they are just an all around great company to work with.

We use RedBlue for our PM. Always available and timely with our projects. We made the switch three years ago and wish we would have made the switch 10 years ago!!
While the company was quick and responsive, they did not call to let us know a tech was coming, so luckily I had not left. The tech found the issue within 15 minutes, and the part was simple to get, simple to install, and not expensive. We knew the hourly rate up front, knew there would be a diag/travel charge of $100, and asked for a quick estimate. Tech said 20 minutes to swap out the relay, but had to call for a price. Relay is under $30 from Grainger, way less at other sources. Price for an inexpensive relay and 20 minutes to install? $450.00 !!!!! MAKE SURE TO GET AN ESTIMATE!!!!
Had previously done work the end of April for over $500 air went out the exact same way again last week they said they couldn't come out until Monday at a frozen yogurt shop really couldn't wait 3 days with no air so after a second call they did come out fixed the same issue 2 hours labor and received an invoice for 689 dollars with 525 of that being labor charges... Ridiculous would never recommend them
I was calling for a quote on a commercial repair of an ac unit and the guy on the phone was VERY RUDE! i felt completely disrespected by him. First he stated we dont do 3rd party repairs which i replied that we handle our own repairs he then replied well im sorry we re not interested and hung up in my face!! They are EXTREMELY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND IGNORANT! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. i wish i could give them a negative 5 star. Horrible company
