Christopher and Jason arrived on time. They inquired about any problems I might be having. I mentioned the on going "stinky sock" smell. After cleaning the outside unit, the coils got sprayed to solve that problem. I was offered a piece of equipment to extend the life of the HVAC unit, but no pressure. They were friendly and professional as usual! Great company!

I hired Komfort Air on September 27, 2021 to replace air ducts throughout I was told by the sales rep ‘Jason’ that this was a 2-day job. Fast forward to today October 17, 2021, the job is yet to be completed.

On day 1 the technician came and the truck wasn't loaded correctly the material was from their previous job so they had to go back and pick up the correct material.

On day 2 the technician were suppose to arrive between 8-10 AM but they never showed. After waiting around until noon I called the sales rep no answer, called customer service and was told I should have received a call earlier that day saying they have to reschedule due to lack of materials.

The next time they were supposed to finish and after going beyond to check they forgot to replace the return system b/c the sales rep never took the proper measurement (the same case will the grills). Lastly, material was left for me to disposal and to compensate for such horrific service I was told I would receive a email with the details on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 and as of today the 17th nothing.

Bottom line, double-check their work and except delays!

Great company. Easy to schedule and work with. The HVAC tech, Trevor was super-friendly and helpful and shared valuable information about heat pumps. Highly recommend!

Eugene was very responsive and helpful in repairing my hot water heater. very courteous, on time and gave me reasonable options for replacements and talked me through the process and costs. highly recommend him.

Update: Thermostat failed the evening of the annual service. Entire HVAC unit shut off - no heat, no air conditioning. Also, coils were not cleaned during annual service. I notified Komfort Air the following day. Someone came out to fix problems. Several days later, thermostat failed again. After calls and emails, someone sent to our home around 6:00 PM. He said he reconnected and tightened a loose wire.

Amado was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when he came to fix my thermostat! It was a bit difficult to figure out what was wrong with it but Amado did a lot of trouble shooting and was able to fix it for me! He really went above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone!

Komfort Air has provided excellent service to me over many years. Recently, Eugene Virano and Lee Conard did a fantastic and thorough job in setting up external recirculation on our Navien water heater, along with additional plumbing work. Eugene came out to review the issue, thoroughly explained and documented it, found and bought the required parts, and installed them within a matter of days, communicating with me throughout.

Matt and Jason were perfect! They eased my concerns about our HVAC and plumbing. This was a fantastic experience!
