Im a truck driver, and I make deliveries there. I can't say anything about the business or their product, but the folks I deal with are all nice and seem happy to work there. That goes a long way in terms of the quality of their product as far as I'm concerned.
Derric was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Had an attitude with me during our whole interaction. Will be contacting corporate about this extremely rude and nasty worker.
Got here @ 10:30am have another stop after this... it was 45 minutes after I docked before they even touched my truck (thats after waiting 30 minutes for the truck before me to leave.. They have lots of doors but only use 1 to unload. Yet at least 5 employees standing outside chatting it up at one time. The forklifts are more often used as transportation than to load, move, or unload cargo.. Poorly managed resources to say the least. No respect for drivers time.
Look elsewhere for service. Carrier will only honor their product warranty if you pay a service tech to submit the claim. Thermostat went bad after 4 years and requires a $140 service call to replace it when that is an easy DIY project. For that money I will be replacing with an aftermarket thermostat that has better features and will last longer. Bad policy creates poor goodwill with customer and company loses out to their competition.
Nice set up. Pulled in.....directed to the 3rd stop sign.........waited for like 2 minutes........directed to pull around, got loaded quickly.........pulled around and parked..........got my paperwork........and I was rollin again! Easy peasy! 😉
